Your content room has been designed as a collaborative working space for you and your team to develop written content for your marketing, creative and corporate communications.
 
To create and work on files inside your fileroom, you need to connect to your Office 365 or Google Docs accounts.  Otherwise you can still upload completed documents for your team to review and comment on before ordering a fileroom job.
 
Here is a quick overview of how to work in your content room:
 

  1. Create new project folders with the + circle icon.

  2. Click on project folder widgets to go down a level to create new files and folders specific to the project.

  3. Invite team members to files, folders, projects or everything.

  4. Add tags so you can search for projects as your content room grows.
  5. Click the magnifying glass to search for keywords and generate a filtered list of documents, files and folders with those keywords.

  6. Delete projects, files and folders by highlighting them and clicking on the trash folder.

  7. Use the resources section on the right side of the page to access templates and guides to help you create your content. You can also access useful tips and trips, tutorials, blogs and fileroom promotions.
