Logging a support case is easy. You can do it a couple of different ways.

  1. From inside your fileroom, click the Need Help button on the left navigation.

  2. From our website, click on the Contact Support link in the footer navigation.

 
Both links above will take you to the fileroom support page where you can access all our help tools which include:
 

  1. Access to our knowledge centre, where you can find fast answers on all things fileroom.

  2. Live-chat with one of our team to get direct assistance during business hours.

  3. Lodging a support request which is a great time saving option if you prefer us to get back to you.
