Fileroom’s Job Order Review and Approval Workflow allows you to quickly and easily review your orders, directly from the fileroom application.
Fileroom’s Job Order Review and Approval Workflow allows you to quickly and easily review your orders, directly from the fileroom application. You can mark feedback on your job file directly in the form of comments and annotations.
When all these are completed to your satisfaction you can then approve your job order.
After you have placed an order with fileroom, your job will be completed by our team. You will be notified as your job moves through to the completion process and you will receive an email and fileroom notification when it is ready for you to review.
To initiate the review:

Click the Review Now button on your notification message or by clicking on the review button on your active jobs page.

Click the Mark Up Changes button on the bottom right of the screen.

Each change request with will be given a number and you can add your comments.

Your team members can also review and leave their comments on the preview. You can then approve or reject their comments before sending the change request to fileroom.

Once your review is complete, click Request Changes or if you’re happy with your order select the Accept Delivery button next to Mark Up Changes.

This process continues until you are ready to approve your order.

As changes are marked up and approved, a checklist is generated. Your comments will be automatically saved and emailed to you on submission of the change request
On approval, your payment will be processed, and files delivered to your Delivery Box.
