Transferring Ownership

If you need to transfer ownership of your account to another user, you can change the account owner details on the account profile page.

Before changing the owner, the new owner must already be invited (and have accepted their invitation) as an account administrator.
 
Changing account ownership can only be completed by the current account owner.  If the current owner is no longer available, you need to log a request with Support to verify your account information. 
 
For verification purposes, you will need to provide:

  1. Name and email address of the current owner.

  2. Name and email address of the user that will be taking over ownership.

Knowledge Tip
If the current owner is no longer available, you will also need to provide some additional information like the current billing information of the account.
