Troubleshooting Google Drive

In some instances, once you have connected your Google Drive you may see a blank white screen while you are trying to edit a file.

If you see a white screen, please try the following steps:

  1.  Go to drive.google.com and make sure you are signed in with the same account you connected to fileroom.
  2.  Once you have verified that you are signed in, can see your files and still have the white screen issue, make sure your browser is set to allow third-party cookies and site data.
